What if my order is delayed during shipping?

We use the USPS to ship the vast majority of our orders.  USPS is experiencing widespread delays due to an enormous volume of ecommerce packages, along with with labor shortages due to COVID. While we have tried to provide a buffer for any USPS delays with our shipping deadlines, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. For packages that appear lost in transit, our policy is that if a package has not been delivered or shown movement within 14 days of the last USPS scan activity, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We have found that almost all delayed packages are delivered or show movement within that time frame.

 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Mexico & Australia
We offer free shipping within the U.S. Additional shipping fees apply for Hawaii and Alaska and certain areas in Canada.

When will I receive my order?

We ship most packages via USPS, UPS & Fed-ex
This typically takes 1-5 business days in the U.S., 7-10 business days to Canada & 14 business days or more internationally.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell.  If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help!
We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
    • Returns received with 14 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus the shipping charges.
    • We cannot accept returns after 14 days
Please note that customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect
or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

How do I exchange an item?

While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for
the new item you would like instead.  We will provide you with a coupon for free standard domestic shipping on
exchange orders (up to $9.95 in value) Please contact us at support@vividcanine.com 

How do I care for my Vivid Canine product?

Dog Beds:  All of our dog beds are made with fabrics selected for durability and washability.  We recommend
machine washing the removable bed covers in cold water and air drying.  Please note that some of our beds are
not machine washable, and we recommend spot cleaning those.
Dog Leashes: We recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water and laying out to dry.
